Automation: Mazak Laser systems
We recently received our latest technology improvement a Mazak Super Turbo-X 510 Mark II laser with a load/unload system. This is our first machine to utilize full automation and our fourth laser.



Technology upgrades:
Over the past year MMP has been updating many core systems. We are in the final stages of implementing the update of our core manufacturing software. This will allow us, using bar coding technology, better tracking of parts throughout our facility.



Solidworks 2006
In the fall of 2005 we updated to the most recent version of Solidworks. We currently subscribe to the Solidworks maintenance plan and will continue to receive all future version of Solidworks. This is done specifically to maintain the technology our customers demand.
